Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage a diverse and inclusive team of engineers and managers for core parts of Notion’s architecture.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop engineers, ensuring ongoing feedback and progress toward goals.
  • •Facilitate planning by prioritizing, sequencing, and staffing team work.
  • •Maintain a high-quality bar for everything the team ships and ensure steady delivery of value to users.
  • •Shape engineering organization practices across Notion, including technical practices, recruiting and onboarding strategy, and planning/prioritization processes.
