Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues and workplace culture.
  • •Conduct and manage complex investigations, including interviews, evidence collection, documentation, and preparation of investigation reports.
  • •Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws through HR audits, internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
  • •Support HR partnerships by aligning HR strategies to business objectives, executing leadership development and succession planning programs, and providing workforce planning insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues and support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and laws.
  • •Conduct thorough, impartial investigations and document findings, interview notes, and evidence in a complete and organized manner.
  • •Deep understanding of employment law and best practices across conflict resolution, performance management, discipline, and termination consultation escalations.
  • •Partner with leaders to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, retention, and organizational culture.
  • •Manage compliance-related work including internal audits, risk assessments, and tracking of EEOC and legal actions.
