Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute operational performance management and talent review cycles, ensuring timelines, system readiness, and data accuracy.
  • •Independently manage standard to moderately complex employee relations cases, advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • •Support and administer complex compensation and benefits transactions and coordinate annual merit/benefits initiatives, resolving exceptions with Total Rewards COE.
  • •Coordinate complex employee mobility cases, managing documentation, system updates, and stakeholder communication in line with process and data requirements.
  • •Provide operational support for training, recognition, workforce analytics, and talent profile administration, while mentoring HR Generalists and driving process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or operational HR role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
  • •Ability to resolve complex operational issues using policy judgment and discretion.
  • •Experience supporting global HR processes and stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy, plus clear professional communication.
