Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy HR policies, practices, and programs to drive talent, culture, and alignment for the Jackson plant.
  • •Assess and select talent; train and coach managers on HR processes and local policy alignment.
  • •Ensure data integrity in HR systems, and use HR technology systems to enter and gather accurate HR data.
  • •Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing training; manage local and corporate training initiatives.
  • •Conduct investigations, recommend resolutions, and coach employees and managers through workplace issues and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience OR completion of Eaton’s Leadership Development Program.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR (includes U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • •HR generalist experience and PHR/SPHR are preferred.
