Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute an Americas talent acquisition plan aligned to the global TA operating model and regional workforce priorities.
  • •Serve as principal talent acquisition partner to HR and business leaders, advising on talent availability, sourcing strategy, assessment, selection, and market conditions.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and business-critical roles across the Americas, including market mapping, direct sourcing, and headhunting.
  • •Build sustainable direct-sourcing capability and proactive talent communities/pipelines across North America and priority Latin American markets.
  • •Rationalize recruitment agencies through preferred-supplier approaches and oversee recruitment governance, standards, and technology adoption (ATS, assessment practices, analytics, AI sourcing).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (postgraduate advantage).
  • •Significant talent acquisition experience in a multinational, multi-site, or regionally complex organization.
  • •Industry experience across transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, express, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or a comparable operations environment.
  • •Proven success recruiting senior leadership and business-critical talent across multiple functions and markets.
  • •Hands-on experience with executive search, proactive market mapping, direct sourcing/headhunting, and external pipeline development, including agency rationalization and preferred-supplier management.
