Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the CPO to develop and drive Prism product strategy and roadmap for diagnostics, triage, and operating intelligence.
•Visit customers and translate floor-level pain into clear, high-quality product requirements grounded in operator context.
•Lead key integrations that connect new systems into Prism, closing the loop from detection to diagnosis to action.
•Drive expansion along connecting more operational/business systems and advancing insight, recommendations, and supervised/autonomous control offerings.
•Establish prioritization/discovery/risk frameworks, build product artifacts, mentor other PMs, and own success metrics and technical planning.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of technical product management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.

•Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic direction and sequence a vision into fundable steps.
•Strong technical acumen in system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
