Key Responsibilities

•Embed with the CEO and leadership to understand the product, company goals, metrics, open decisions, and where execution is stuck; start owning the operating cadence.
•Take full ownership of one or two ambiguous cross-functional problems that lack an obvious owner and drive them to measurable outcomes.
•Tighten planning and reporting by building a crisp view of company metrics and OKRs and making priorities and progress visible.
•Represent the CEO in meetings, make and communicate decisions on their behalf, and run key company processes (planning, board prep, all-hands, key hiring loops).
•Identify the next high-leverage problems and either own them directly or build the team/process to solve them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,000 - 250,000 annually

•Be a strong business generalist with a technical bent and the ability to go deep enough to discuss a technical product with customers and engineers.

•Be exceptionally organized, bringing order to ambiguity and ensuring details get executed.
•Have an ideal background in consulting, banking, or similar structured problem-solving and communicate crisply to executives.
