Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a hands-on internship experience designed to build essential skills and support the transition from student to professional.
  • •Support BIM and digital engineering workflows using point cloud/LiDAR and survey data within 3D models and design platforms.
  • •Help validate models and support field coordination and data collection activities at project sites.
  • •Assist with integrating and working with MEP systems within BIM environments (as applicable).
  • •Develop proficiency with new software applications and digital workflows used for BIM and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture and have completed at least 1 year of study (or graduated and continuing to a Master’s).
  • •US Citizenship is required for this position.
  • •Knowledge of point cloud, LiDAR, and survey data and how they apply within BIM and digital engineering workflows.
  • •Understanding of how survey and point cloud data is collected, processed, and incorporated into 3D models and design platforms.
  • •Willingness to travel to project sites for model validation and field coordination/data collection.
