  • •For LCSW: an unrestricted clinical license and a master’s degree in Social Work.
  • •For RN: a bachelor’s degree in nursing and an unrestricted license in a state or U.S. territory, plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • •Must have home visitation experience and a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
