•Analyze leads received and convert them into sales.
•Update all systems as per the call with the customer and process the requested offers.
•Maintain records of approvals, requests, and reports handled.
•Meet KPI targets in revenues through PL Sales and PL Fulfillment.
•Manage assigned leads via CRM within the agreed TAT and pursue cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Diploma / Highschool; 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking in PMU/Relationship Management/Tele Sales/Services.
•Strong analytical and logical skills with sound market knowledge and Personal Banking understanding.
•Sound technical skill set across diverse products.
•Ability to analyze leads and convert them into sales while updating systems as per customer interactions.
•Experience managing CRM leads, meeting KPIs, and cross-selling to increase penetrations.
