Perform cosmetic reconditioning for used vehicles by executing standardized processes, including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing. Conduct cosmetic and final quality inspections, identify defects, and select appropriate repair methods to meet CarMax appearance standards. Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot, while following Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
