Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and optimize our electrical systems—both hardware and functionality—to meet performance, availability, and safety standards.
•Collaborate with Global R&D teams, customers, and suppliers worldwide throughout product maintenance and early-stage base development.
•Work across activities from concept to product realization, including low TRL development.
•Ensure proper integration of high-voltage AC and DC power systems within battery-electric mobile machinery.
•Translate requirements into design specifications and support qualification and validation activities.

Key Requirements

•University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent background.
•Knowledge of ISO standards such as EN60204.
•At least 3 years experience in component selection, dimensioning and design of 400-1000V AC systems.
•800V DC experience is a merit.
•Knowledge of electrical systems of mobile machinery; experience with AutoCAD and Simulink is a merit.
