Job Summary

Lead cross-functional engineering projects for the F135 Engine Core Upgrade (ECU) Mechanical System, driving scope, schedule, budget, technical risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver program milestones. Execute engineering changes with risk assessments and mitigation plans, analyze performance data to improve efficiency, and support proposal efforts with BOEs and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting (EVMS compliance). Work within the MSEN organization in an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional engineering projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables to achieve program milestones.
•Prepare and present technical and program status updates to CIPT and Pratt & Whitney leadership, communicating progress, risks, and required actions.
•Lead engineering change execution, risk assessments, and mitigation planning to reduce cost, schedule, and technical exposure.
•Analyze performance data to identify issues, develop solutions, and optimize efficiency with minimal disruption to operations.
•Support proposal efforts by developing BOEs and preparing Earned Value Management (EVM) reports for EVMS compliance tasks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
•Relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, military, or logistics leading complex engineering projects or cross-functional technical teams managing technical risks and engineering execution.
•Ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects and manage scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and program milestones.
•Experience executing engineering changes and performing risk assessments and mitigation planning across the project lifecycle.
•Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive technical execution and required actions.
