Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize daily stores activities, including receiving, material pick-up/drop-off at vendor sites, and moving stock as required.
  • •Verify vendor deliveries and update inventory records/shortage reports, including transactions in Oracle, SAP, or other inventory systems.
  • •Perform cycle counts to verify and maintain inventory; investigate discrepancies and coordinate processing of non-conformances.
  • •Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials in preparation for shipment and regulate/prep material for cleanroom delivery.
  • •Review M.R.P. for upcoming work orders and project/W.I.P. status; verify operation confirmations, close jobs, and move job items to inventory locations.

  • •Ability to perform cycle counts and investigate cycle count discrepancies and inventory non-conformances.
  • •Experience using ERP/inventory systems to update inventory records and process transactions (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
