Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Be available to work both show days and non-show days to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Relay on-the-ground observations to guide improvements and overall program development.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve material circularity based on items seen in the waste stream.
  • •Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support and help maintain a clean sorting area, including post-show pick.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.6 - 18 hourly

  • •Participate in Zero Waste Crew onboarding training.
  • •Ability to work show days with significant walking and physical activity, including lifting and carrying 50+ lbs.
  • •Ability to work outside in variable weather.
