Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established sales and performance goals.
  • •Model and train customer service behaviors to deliver KPI goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour).
  • •Support operational excellence by completing store tasks, directing team members as needed, and following receiving/sending and paperwork processes.
  • •Assist with inventory management, including price change and ticketing procedures, and participate in physical inventory counts.
