Job Summary

Lead China market development and transformation programs that drive AVEVA’s growth through market entry, localization, go-to-market enablement, operational readiness, and value realization. Partner with executives to define goals, roadmaps, milestones, resources, and success criteria while establishing governance and operating models. Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, manage risks and dependencies across functions, and measure outcomes against KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead China market development and transformation programs from initiation through delivery, aligned to regional and global objectives.
•Establish governance structures (steering committees, working groups, escalation paths) and define roles, decision frameworks, and cadence.
•Own program budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and performance reporting, including variance, risk, and trend analysis.
•Coordinate across China leadership, sales, marketing, R&D, finance, and global transformation teams to ensure market needs are incorporated.
•Drive end-to-end delivery by managing milestones and KPIs, dependencies, risks, change, and quality to ensure scope, budget, and schedule commitments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, business planning, or operational leadership roles.
•Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.
•Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement.
•Demonstrated ability to establish governance, operational processes, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
