Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead China market development and transformation programs from initiation through delivery, aligned to regional and global objectives.
  • •Establish governance structures (steering committees, working groups, escalation paths) and define roles, decision frameworks, and cadence.
  • •Own program budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and performance reporting, including variance, risk, and trend analysis.
  • •Coordinate across China leadership, sales, marketing, R&D, finance, and global transformation teams to ensure market needs are incorporated.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery by managing milestones and KPIs, dependencies, risks, change, and quality to ensure scope, budget, and schedule commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, business planning, or operational leadership roles.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.
  • •Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement.
  • •Demonstrated ability to establish governance, operational processes, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
