Key Responsibilities

  • •Control material flow and depth during paving operations.
  • •Understand and support the paving process, including prepping surfaces, establishing grades, drainage, and paving patterns.
  • •Operate paving and related machinery to achieve consistent asphalt placement and support curbing, spreading, and finishing.
  • •Perform routine equipment servicing and minor maintenance; inspect, clean, and report major issues for repair.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check, and commit to OSHA/MSHA safety and compliance.
