Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the global Total Rewards landscape and translate strategic requirements into compensation and benefits solutions.
  • •Conceive, optimize, and implement global compensation and benefits standards with HR Business Partners, Finance, and international HR teams.
  • •Steer key compensation processes such as salary review, bonus, and incentives, and continuously evolve underlying processes and models.
  • •Translate market, compensation, pay-equity, and cost analyses into action recommendations for management and HR.
  • •Advance global job architecture and grading/job evaluation processes, ensuring consistent application; optimize governance, reporting, and digital compensation processes (including Workday Compensation and analytics).

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with experience independently developing complex compensation topics.
  • •Design, optimize, and implement global compensation and benefits solutions and translate strategic needs into workable standards and processes.
  • •Strong expertise in job evaluation, grading, and job architecture, and consistent advancement of evaluation logic during organizational changes.
  • •Ability to analyze complex compensation data, considering labor-law and governance requirements, and derive reliable recommendations for management and HR.
