Key Responsibilities

  • •Accept pipeline deliveries of liquid petroleum products, direct products to and store in proper tanks using computer/motor-controlled equipment and valves.
  • •Maintain inventory and related information via computer, including climbing, gauging tanks, and sampling product.
  • •Handle and test liquid petroleum products and assist in loading trucks.
  • •Perform or assist with preventive and regular maintenance on terminal equipment and respond to call-outs for troubleshooting or maintenance.
  • •Coordinate product delivery with customers and truck drivers and perform first responder duties in spill or emergency situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the policy.
  • •Basic computer skills to send/receive email, maintain records, and operate motor-controlled valves for receiving and directing products.
  • •Ability to manipulate motor-controlled valves and perform tasks involved in receiving products, directing to tanks, and delivering to tank trucks.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • •Ability to learn and perform preventive/basic maintenance using hand tools; petroleum transportation/storage/distribution experience is a plus.
