Job Summary

Lead delivery of Project Management support for UK-based project teams across the full lifecycle, interfacing with UK Project Managers and Directors to meet contractual, programme, and governance requirements. Manage planning, reporting, and dashboards, coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones, and drive quality and timely delivery from India within an integrated UK–India delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of contracted Project Management services for medium to high-complexity engineering projects, coordinating across UK and India teams.
•Provide project leadership across RIBA Stages 0–7, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, programme, and quality standards.
•Develop and maintain project programmes, risk registers, action trackers, and issue logs, and coordinate monthly progress reports and dashboards for UK project teams.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, commercial, planning, construction) to enable integrated project delivery and maintain clear UK-India communication on deliverables and timelines.
•Lead risk, change, and quality processes, including change control, impact assessments, and adherence to project delivery standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
•15–20 years of Project Management experience in the AEC industry
•Working knowledge of project management processes across the lifecycle (RIBA Stages 0–7)
•Excellent English communication and strong organizational skills
•Ability to support UK/international projects and collaborate across time zones
