Key Responsibilities

  • •Report directly to the Director of the Migration domain and lead the domain responsible for migrating customer, account, product, and transactional data.
  • •Provide delivery oversight for migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene.
  • •Own analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls for migration outcomes.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
  • •Demonstrate product management foundation across human centered, business focused, technology driven, and integrated problem solving approaches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering) or Business/Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •4+ years of Product Management experience (if degree is not in a quantitative/business/marketing field).
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Proficiency across human centered, business focused, technology driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership for product management.
  • •Ability to maintain accurate, complete, and repeatedly successful data migrations with confidence in outcomes.
