Product Engineer

Own manufacturability, quality, and reliability for RF clock synthesizers, buffers, jitter cleaners, and BAW oscillators. Collaborate across design, test, manufacturing, quality, and reliability through new product development and production release. Evaluate and debug integrated circuits, perform failure analysis to identify root causes, and analyze characterization data for yield and test limits. Support process and package technology development and lead cost-reduction efforts such as burn-in reduction and test flow optimization.
