Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience to internal and external clients.
  • •Handle vehicle logistics including drop-offs/pick-ups and loaners, runs to Bodyshop, and test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including check-in process when needed.
  • •Support technicians with basic repairs and perform shop duties as assigned such as moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and assisting the service department.
