MOJ/OIC File Handler

Handle a caseload of MOJ/OICP and Part 8 portal litigation cases within the Volume Motor Litigation Unit, managing matters from point of service through to resolution. Independently plan workloads to meet court deadlines, assess evidence to develop initial quantum strategy, and conduct telephone discussions and negotiations with insurers and solicitors. Draft court documents, maintain case management and billing systems, and ensure compliance with client guidelines, ISO 9001, and the SRA Code of Conduct.
