Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, analyze, and disseminate KPI data for the Barnabas program and Barnabas students to improve retention and success.
  • •Gather, analyze, manage, and disseminate data to the Program Coordinator and college leaders for student placement, alumni tracking, and church relations.
  • •Process and prepare institutional data and reports to meet required grant reporting compliance.
  • •Facilitate the Barnabas admissions process, including external applicants and internal transfer students, and report progress at regular intervals.
  • •Communicate key information to students, alumni, and church partners; plan and coordinate program-related events and networking.

Key Requirements

  • •Work experience in an educational environment supporting theological and ministerial studies or church-based ministerial experience.
  • •Must be able to sign and teach in accordance with the university’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Positions Statement and the College of Theology Covenant.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline related to theological studies is preferred.
