Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of the organization’s network across on-prem, data centers, and cloud. Own Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, Cisco Nexus and Meraki SD-WAN, and AWS VPCs under multi-account governance. Collaborate with Security, Systems, and Identity teams to enforce segmentation, routing, and security policies while guiding a growing network engineering team.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain the core network across on-premises, data centers, and cloud environments.
•Administer firewall and security policy configurations on Palo Alto NGFWs; manage VPNs and site-to-site connectivity.
•Maintain LAN/WAN architecture including Cisco Nexus switches, Meraki devices, and SD-WAN for branch connectivity; optimize routing and segmentation.
•Collaborate with Security, Systems, and Identity teams to enforce security controls, vulnerability management, and architecture reviews.
•Provide Tier III escalation support for network incidents and participate in on-call rotation; support data center migration to cloud transit models.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Networking/Information Systems
•5+ years enterprise network engineering experience in a multi-site environment
•Hands-on administration of Palo Alto Networks NGFWs (PCNSE or equivalent experience)
•Proficiency with Cisco Nexus switching (NX-OS) and Cisco Meraki (MX, MS) administration
•Strong BGP and OSPF routing knowledge; experience designing and troubleshooting VPN tunnels (IKEv2/IPsec)
