Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute complex technical initiatives focused on manufacturing process improvement, including productivity enhancement, Lean manufacturing, and digitalization projects.
  • •Operate as an individual contributor and leader across cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational objectives.
  • •Design, develop, and implement digitalization and automation solutions using advanced manufacturing technologies aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
  • •Develop and maintain software solutions using SQL, Python, and Linux platforms to support manufacturing automation, data analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • •Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and system-level failures using lifecycle logs and diagnostics tools, coordinating technical excellence and delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of relevant experience with SQL, Python, Linux, robotics programming, and PLC integration/automation, plus strong expertise in industrial engineering methodologies (process flow analysis, simulation modeling, capacity planning, Lean manufacturing).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related degree/experience.
  • •Hands-on experience applying machine learning and computer vision in manufacturing, automation, and data-driven process improvement environments.
  • •Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS, with expertise in PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration.
  • •Extensive experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
