Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of learning experiences and labs for Okta's Customer First team, translating complex IAM features into practical training for developers and administrators. Collaborate with Delivery, Enablement, Partner, and Product teams to accelerate customer time-to-value, grow partner-led revenue, and improve satisfaction through end-to-end learning journeys, technical content, and hands-on resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Technical Lab Development: Design, maintain, and support hands-on lab environments to reinforce learning through practical application.
•New Product Readiness: Act as a technical subject matter expert for new product launches, translating complex features into digestible content for our customers and partners.
•Subject Matter Expert: Deliver on emerging trends, industry best practices, and identity-driven digital transformation; maintain knowledge of Okta and Auth0 product lines and underlying technologies.
•Content Creation: Develop clear, step-by-step documentation, tutorials, and training materials that effectively communicate complex product features and support workflows.
•Analytics and Reporting: Review student surveys and performance data to provide feedback, build resources, and identify new asset and training opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 87,000 - 119,000 annually

•Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with Identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, and understanding of IAM and web security best practices.

•Project Management: Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
•Communication: Exceptional written English with a clear, explanatory, and empathetic style for technical audiences.
•AI Adaptability: Experience using AI tools to assist in research, outlining, or content optimization to accelerate and scale content creation.
