•Research and develop multimodal foundation large models to improve understanding of user creations.
•Enhance multimodal perception encoder efficiency, including adaptive frame rates.

•Develop methods to fuse multimodal perception with thinking/reasoning capabilities for stronger cognitive ability.
•Apply model capabilities to improve content understanding for search/recommendation and abuse/fraud detection.

Key Requirements

•PhD degree with top AI conference papers in ML/CV/NLP.
•Strong coding ability and fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, proficient in C/C++ or Python.
•Experience in Machine Learning research, with emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
•Strong problem analysis and problem-solving ability, with passion for challenging problems.
•Preferred: winners of ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, or similar competitions; good communication and team spirit.
