  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals

  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, performance management, and clear communication of expectations and goals
