  • •Lead quality assurance programs, audits, and SOP compliance initiatives, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
  • •Own cycle count execution, daily status tracking, reconciliation and variance analysis to improve inventory accuracy; manage inventory events and location audits.
  • •Use systems (Easy Metrics, WMS) to monitor efficiency, audit labor performance, missing time, downtime, and system accuracy; provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • •Support operational systems including TMS, order tracking, and inventory systems; drive process improvements in slotting, configuration, and workflow efficiency.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop associates across inventory control and quality functions; support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
