Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in directing and monitoring campus-wide cleaning operations for offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and grounds.
  • •Support workforce scheduling and daily staffing activities, including assignments, absences, breaks, and staffing recommendations.
  • •Coordinate and perform periodic commercial cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.
  • •Assist with inventory management by ordering, tracking, and maintaining cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • •Support employee development and safety compliance through onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of janitorial, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
  • •Reside within a 50-mile radius of the Minden, LA facility (50-mile radius) (Active Duty Military exempt).
  • •No immigration sponsorship or support is offered for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN, I-485 portability, etc.).
  • •Preferred: prior supervisory or team lead experience in custodial/housekeeping/facilities operations.
