Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver full competency in accounting and reporting for closed-end and evergreen fund structures.
  • •Review quarterly and ad hoc deliverables including client reporting, invoice payments, and Man Co reporting.
  • •Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and meeting deliverables.
  • •Plan and provide coaching and training to the team, document new processes, and periodically review and update fund procedures.
  • •Ensure smooth fund audit delivery by managing clients and auditors and drafting accounts within agreed time frames.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in a hedge fund administration firm, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • •Strong knowledge of fund accounting and reporting for closed-end and evergreen fund structures.
  • •Experience servicing a large client in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of asset types such as ABS, CFD, loans, and bonds, including review of interest and expense accruals aligned to budgets.
  • •Strong organisational skills and ability to pivot across tasks and ad hoc requests.
