Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from initial problem definition through production deployment and scale.
  • •Act as primary customer-facing domain expert, building deep understanding of operations, equipment, constraints, and business objectives.
  • •Define and lead AI/ML/optimization solution delivery across use case definition, requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, validation, user adoption, and scale-out.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams (Forward Deployed Engineers, data scientists, product managers, engineers, and industry experts) to establish technical priorities and drive alignment on customer outcomes.
  • •Work with customer stakeholders to validate requirements and solution performance, manage technical risks and delivery progress, and partner with C3 AI teams to scale reusable capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mining, Metallurgical, Petroleum, Materials, or similar preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, industrial technology, or technically focused consulting.
  • •Deep experience in asset-intensive industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, LNG, utilities/power, or heavy manufacturing.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial equipment, production/process workflows, process controls, maintenance practices, and operational workflows.
  • •Experience working with industrial data and systems such as process historians, SCADA, DCS, MES, EAM/CMMS, ERP, or industrial analytics platforms.
