Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with accounting and financial reporting for SEC and regulatory schedules.
  • •Prepare financial statement schedules, operational accounting, journal entries, and supporting documentation for month/quarter/annual close.
  • •Perform account reconciliations, accruals, transaction analysis, and standalone entity and inter-company accounting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience in Accounting, Finance (GL Management, Public Reporting, Analysis) or a similar field.

  • •Introductory knowledge of applicable SEC rules and regulations.
  • •Intermediate understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, plus intermediate communication skills.
