Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a client-focused experience by engaging customers and completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through client outreach via outbound calling and identifying needs or opportunities.
  • •Assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
  • •Participate in retail community bank leadership routines, attend training, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
