Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • •Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
  • •Review HVAC, mechanical, piping, and MEP drawings to determine material and labour requirements.
  • •Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare comparison statements, and support subcontractor selection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •2–4 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
  • •Experience in Oil & Gas, HVAC, MEP, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
  • •Basic understanding of contracts, BOQs, variations, and payment certification.
  • •Ability to read HVAC, mechanical, piping, and MEP drawings.
