•Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise software solutions, internal platforms, and automation capabilities.
•Drive engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle, including software design, architecture, coding standards, testing strategies, release management, and operational readiness.
•Establish software quality best practices (testing, code review, performance, maintainability) and promote secure coding, DevSecOps, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
•Ensure operability and production excellence through reliability, observability, incident management, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery readiness, and operational automation.
•Lead and develop a team of software engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance expectations, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 231,000 annually
