  • •Oversee and coordinate a dynamic, multi-shift production environment to meet daily targets and exceed expectations.
  • •Monitor daily and weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability and take corrective action; manage staffing and production schedules.
  • •Develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs, train employees on safe work practices, and address hazards and ergonomic concerns.
  • •Maintain sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure compliance with USDA and company regulations.
  • •Train supervisors and employees on policies and procedures, run line meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3+ years’ relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff, or managing a process or project.
  • •Experience using computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
  • •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • •In-depth manufacturing knowledge focused on optimizing yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures.
