Lead a designated section in the resort restaurant, delivering exceptional food and beverage service in line with established standards. Take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure smooth service flow by coordinating with kitchen and bar teams. Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and complaints professionally, maintain mise-en-place and presentation standards, process bills accurately, and support special events, VIP dining, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
