Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing integration issues across code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue performance from day one.
•Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls and product walkthroughs in Portuguese.
•Partner with global Business Development and Account Management to evaluate a customer’s setup and pro-actively recommend configurations that unlock higher ad revenue.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear, actionable value propositions for non-technical customers and translate customer feedback into technical requirements to influence product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•You have 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or a Support Engineer who works directly with customers).
•You are completely fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) and comfortable guiding Brazilian customers through technical solutions, alongside excellent English for internal collaboration.
•Web tech mastery with practical knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/network protocols; proficient with Chrome DevTools for debugging.
•Prior experience with ad tech (GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags) is highly preferred.
•You can write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to tailor monetization solutions to client websites and mobile apps.
