Job Summary

Support the day-to-day delivery of a bespoke Customer Service program at a Majid Al Futtaim Mall. Manage Customer Service Information Desk operations, keep current knowledge of mall services and amenities, assist customers with directions and event information, and handle complaints professionally in line with policies and service level agreements. Execute the Gift Card program and ensure all payment handling follows prescribed procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AMBU operating assets, including services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations, mall layout, and upcoming promotions.
•Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk according to established processes and under guidance from supervisors/team leaders.
•Assist customers at the Information Desk with directions, information on on-going/upcoming mall promotions, and queries by phone or in person.
•Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with Customer Service policies, guidelines, and service level agreements.
•Execute the Gift Card program in assigned operating assets and ensure payment handling follows prescribed policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•2+ years of work experience in customer service in a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel industry in GCC or abroad.
