Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and steer Allianz Group’s technology strategy across the enterprise from IT infrastructure to business applications and innovation
  • •Translate business vision into technological vision with subject-matter experts and help build required business capabilities
  • •Identify and drive strategic technology transformation initiatives globally with senior stakeholders across business entities
  • •Serve as principal strategic Technology and Architecture authority in selected domains, ensuring alignment through standards and governance
  • •Create heatmaps, roadmaps, and KPIs; research and coordinate technology pilots; prepare briefings for senior leadership and the Board

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, strategy consulting, or strategic IT architecture
  • •MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • •Experience in technology strategy or IT strategy roles within a large enterprise or consulting environment, with influence on senior leadership and governance bodies
  • •Deep expertise in a technical domain (e.g., Cloud, Integration Architecture, Application Architecture, or Software Engineering), including architecture patterns and reference architectures
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence diverse senior audiences without direct authority
