Lead internal communications and employee engagement across North Europe, connecting colleagues to the brand, strategy, and business priorities. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to create clear communication strategies and transform complex topics into compelling storytelling. Plan and deliver content across multiple channels and support events such as town halls and leadership forums. Manage multiple projects, measure communication effectiveness, and explore new technologies (including AI) to increase engagement and impact.
