Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, operate, and evolve the internal AI Engineering Platform to enable AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices.
  • •Develop secure, reliable, reusable platform services across AI tooling, developer enablement, observability, automation, and engineering governance.
  • •Design and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu/Terraform) and modern CI/CD practices in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • •Implement and operate monitoring, telemetry, and observability solutions, including production support and troubleshooting.
  • •Own delivery of platform work packages from design through production readiness, balancing reliability, scalability, security, and developer experience, and support adoption across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Software Engineering, including experience building or operating shared engineering/internal developer platforms.
  • •Strong Azure experience and building/operating containerised workloads (Docker).
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code using OpenTofu or Terraform and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • •Proven observability experience using tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus, with knowledge of telemetry, logging, and distributed tracing.
  • •Ability to independently lead technical work packages, translate platform needs into designs/plans/standards, and collaborate across engineering teams.
