Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and application of AI across MarTech and AdTech ecosystems, translating generative AI capabilities into scalable marketing solutions.
•Define agent roles, scopes, and inter-agent orchestration to enable automation across content, workflow, and decisioning while ensuring responsible AI use.
•Partner with business, technology, data/modeling, and risk stakeholders to advance Marketing AI practices through governance frameworks and AI councils.
•Drive innovation and adoption by embedding AI into core marketing platforms and workflows, and manage product investments using business case artifacts and hypotheses.
•Quantify and report product performance against KPIs/KRIs, guide the team in insight generation, and mentor team members as an escalation point.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience (or an advanced degree with 6 years), including strategy/planning, innovation, UX, process engineering, analytics, and/or research/testing.
•Comprehensive knowledge of technology/digital products and emerging technology platforms, plus data analysis and research techniques.
•Proven ability to develop, influence, present, and communicate complex business, digital, or technology concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and senior leadership.
