Key Responsibilities

  • •Own V4G partner strategy across Federal and SLED, defining partner archetypes, tiering, coverage model, and multi-year plan to build the network.
  • •Own V4G partner-sourced pipeline and ARR contribution to partner-sourced targets, defining performance and coverage metrics (including FedRAMP and CMMC delivery capacity).
  • •Design partner programs and scaling mechanisms: tiering and certification, enablement paths, co-sell motion, MDF/investment allocation, partner health frameworks, and standardized agreements with Legal.
  • •Build and lead the V4G partnerships team (starting with one manager), setting operating rhythms, quality bar, and performance standards.
  • •Partner with the VP of Global Channel & Alliances to extend the V4G motion across the partner ecosystem and translate ecosystem needs into Vanta’s roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience managing public sector channel and/or partnerships, with a strong network across GSIs, MSPs, resellers, and auditors.
  • •Deep familiarity with the public sector ecosystem and Fed/SLED GTM motions, including federal compliance programs such as FedRAMP and CMMC.
  • •5+ years of people management experience, including managing performance across a team.
  • •Experience owning a revenue target delivered through partners, including defining metrics and operating cadence to hit it.
  • •Proven ability to build, manage, and grow external partner relationships at scale (ideally cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-adjacent).
