  • •Plan, develop, and implement strategy for operational management and development of clinical, lab, and simulation activities to meet organizational and partner goals.
  • •Establish and maintain organizational systems for measuring operational management and development needs.
  • •Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues, opportunities, and development plan progress within agreed formats and timelines.
  • •Manage and develop direct reporting staff, ensuring qualifications, certifications, and requirements are completed upon hire and annually.

Key Requirements

  • •Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • •5+ years of nursing practice with demonstrated evidence of accountability for outcomes.
  • •3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including supervision of personnel.
  • •2+ years of teaching experience (including clinical teaching) at the baccalaureate level or higher in nursing.
  • •Active, current, and unencumbered RN licensure in Nevada; must pass pre-employment background investigation.
