Senior Process Analyst - RCM

Own the end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process, including EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals, denial management, and account receivables. Meet daily productivity targets while applying strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication. Troubleshoot deployment/environmental issues, work effectively with stakeholders, and deepen process expertise using tools like MS Office/Excel and familiarity with Cerner applications.
